We have successfully delivered multiple projects for the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and its contractors, such as BAE Systems, constructing over 2,000 ensuite rooms using modern modular construction methods.
Bespoke Modular Buildings for Short and Long-term Use
Our expertise includes providing modular buildings on military bases for a variety of purposes: training rooms, operation rooms, archives, and locker rooms.
Residential blocks can be designed with ensuite bedrooms, communal kitchens, laundry, recreation rooms, prayer rooms, ablution and washing facilities, and bike storage.
All modular buildings can be purchased or supplied for short or long-term hire, and leased.
Low Carbon Construction
Offsite construction reduces vehicle movements to site, and material waste in the construction process.
We can provide modular buildings with a host of sustainability features such as solar panels and air source heat pumps to target BREEAM excellent ratings and reduce environmental impact.
Adding Value at Every Stage
We can add value to any military scheme. In the design stages we can construct a prototype bedroom in our factory to allow the client or contractor to review finishes and detailing.
We can supply and install fixed and loose furniture and fittings for a full turnkey project, reducing your procurement time.
We also have experience of proving modular buildings to meet stringent security requirements, such as an enhanced steel structure and toughened glass to the windows.
Premier Modular performed well on this project and despite the demands of the Covid-19 pandemic, the new facility was completed on time. It has been delivered to a high standard throughout and is helping us to meet a requirement for additional accommodation for the next two years.
We appointed Premier following their team’s successful performance on earlier projects for BAE and so had confidence in their ability to deliver. They added value to the scheme, particularly in the design stages with the construction of a prototype bedroom in the factory to allow the client to review finishes and detailing.
