Location: Brandesburton, East Yorkshire
Reports To: Stores Manager / Stores Supervisor
The Role:
To receive and ensure all deliveries are receipted as per purchase orders. As well as stand in for the stores administrator upon their absence and input Stocktakes into the oracle system.
Experience, Qualifications & Training:
- PC literacy required
- Oracle System experience preferred but not essential, training will be given.
- Must be numerate
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communicator
- Telephone skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail is key
Principle accountabilities:
To be responsible for ensuring that :
- Orders due are monitored and progressed, ensuring that any issues are passed directly to the Stores Manager / Supervisor
- Deliveries are received on time – liaising with the Expeditor.
- All deliveries are checked against purchase orders and not accepted unless they fully comply with the details on the order.
- All deliveries are volume and quality checked.
- Materials must be off loaded in a safe manner and stored appropriately.
- All materials are to be marked up with job name, purchase order number, date delivered, placed in a project/stock location and photo’s taken.
- All deliveries are receipted accurately against the Oracle system.
- All CF08/SFK material/information to be passed through to the SFK team.
- Required at times to work in inclement weather – waterproofs will be provided.
- To liaise closely with the Expeditor/Stock Controller/Administrator.
- Preform weekly stocktakes and a full stock take every 3 months to ensure stock figures are correct.
- Delivery schedules are to be kept up to date and accurate at all times, any issues with deliveries are to be highlighted to the relevant production staff.
