The International Quarter London is at the centre of Europe’s largest urban development, benefiting from over £12.5billion of investment to date.
The SOLUTION
With an abundance of green space and fresh air,
access to some of the world’s most forward-thinking
cultural institutions and a workplace design that has
employee wellbeing at its heart, The International
Quarter gives people a place to move, breathe and
think.
Premier transformed an existing 3 storey and 2 storey
school building (covering 4,878m2) that was over 10
years’ old into a state of the art welfare facility and
project office to accommodate 1200 operatives and
216 staff.
The CHALLENGES
This challenging transformation required decorated
walls and suspended ceilings throughout, LED
lighting, installation of an air-conditioning and heat
recovery system
Curtain wall glazing was added to the board room with glazed walls provided for other meeting rooms and high quality floor finishes throughout. A bespoke viewing deck accessible via the Board Room provided the finishing touch to this modern, spacious and inspirational accommodation.
